These terms and conditions apply to the Simple Sudoku app for mobile devices (the "Application"), made by Wayyy Out! Games (the "Service Provider").

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

License to use the Application

The Service Provider grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the Application on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use.

You may not copy or modify the Application, any part of it, or its trademarks. You may not attempt to extract the Application's source code, reverse engineer or decompile it, translate it into other languages, or make derivative versions, except where the law allows this.

The Application, including its name, logo, design and all related intellectual property, belongs to the Service Provider.

Free to use

The Application is free to use and contains no advertising or in-app purchases. If this ever changes, the Service Provider will make clear exactly what you would be paying for before you pay anything.

Sharing puzzles

You are welcome to share puzzles with others using the Application's share feature. Shared links contain only a code that identifies a puzzle. Please only share links with people who are happy to receive them.

Your game data

Your settings, games in progress and statistics are stored on your device. They may be lost if you uninstall the Application, clear its data, use "Reset progress", change devices, or if your device fails. The Service Provider cannot recover this data and is not responsible for its loss.

Availability and updates

The Application is currently available for Android through Google Play. The Service Provider may update the Application from time to time, add, change or remove features, or change the devices and operating system versions it supports. You may need to install updates to keep using the Application.

The Service Provider does not promise that the Application will always be updated, remain compatible with your device, or remain available. The Service Provider may stop offering the Application at any time, without notice.

Disclaimer

The Application is provided "as is" and "as available". The Service Provider works to keep it accurate and working well, but, to the extent permitted by law, makes no warranties that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service Provider is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Application, including loss of game data. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

Termination

You can stop using the Application at any time by uninstalling it. The Service Provider may end your license to use the Application if you break these Terms. When your license ends, you must stop using the Application and delete it from your device.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

The Service Provider may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Please check this page from time to time for changes.
